- Cover and cook for 4-5 hours, or high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is very tender and cooked at an internal temperature of 165F. Chopping the chicken: Remove the chicken and chop it with two forks. Return to crockpot and stir to coat in the sauce. Keep warm until ready to serve.
- Bake potatoes: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Scrub the potatoes, dry them, spray them with cooking spray or wipe them with a small amount of olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.
- Place directly on the oven rack or baking tray. Bake for 45-60 minutes until the skin becomes crisp and soft inside.
