From the creator of Typeknitting, “Knitting Hello” is a font and a knitting pattern – Huge

Patterns are the best friend of needleworkers when weaving complex subjects. But what if you want to customize a person? What about the text? Fortunately, Zurich-based designer Rüdiger Schlömer wanted to know the same thing, resulting in a series of braided fonts. Under the umbrella of the Typeknitting project, his new font is called Braid Hello, which can type numeric letters into a word processor like any other font. As you grow, the weaving pattern evolves simultaneously, making it easy to create a design that can be customized for beginners.
Download free trial fonts on the Typeknitting website or buy a style that matches the knit you make, whether it’s on a machine or handmade. And get two patterns of “Hey” through Ravelry on the knit Hello website.
