How do recruiters poach your top talent? you stop showing love
This is a very stupid mistake organizations make, which is that you don’t have a domain name that prevents recruiting companies from reaching people.
Granted, this doesn’t involve text, and it certainly doesn’t involve LinkedIn. Don’t block LinkedIn. Don’t be stupid.
However, you can keep foxes away from the henhouse so that they don’t so easily lure your employees on your turf, distracting them when they should be working, and making it easy for them to contact you.
