How to use Platinum Card Equinox points
If you are joining Equinox for the first time:
- Visit platinum.equinox.com.
- Select “New Member”.
- Choose between In-Club Experience or Digital Experience.
- Enter your Platinum Card number to confirm eligibility.
- Create an account and select an eligible club membership plan or digital subscription (subject to auto-renewal).
- Add your Platinum Card as a payment method and charge your membership or subscription.
Existing members should:
- Visit platinum.equinox.com.
- Select “Current Member”.
- Log in to your Equinox account.
- Add your Platinum Card as a payment method and charge your membership or subscription.
Former Equinox+ or Equinox Club members should email hello@equinoxplus.com to participate in this benefit.
You’ll typically receive your statement credit within a few days of purchase, but it can take up to eight weeks.

How do I use my Platinum Card Equinox points?
Once you’ve confirmed that your membership is eligible for statement credits, activate the offer through Platinum.equinox.com and bill your American Express Platinum card each month or sign up for an annual Equinox+ digital membership. To trigger Claim Points, membership must be purchased through the website.
Which members are eligible to receive Platinum Equinox points?
Cardmembers can earn up to $300 in Equinox bill points each calendar year. This statement credit can be used toward any physical Equinox Club membership or digital Equinox+ membership (fully covered by points) when paying with your account. platinum card.
How much does a physical club membership cost?
Physical club memberships range from $205 to $415 per month, with individual, regional, all-access and destination membership options. Prices vary based on location and membership type.
What purchases are not eligible for Platinum Equinox points?
Day passes, memberships purchased through the Equinox mobile app, and online purchases on the Equinox website do not count towards this credit. Some other exceptions may apply, so it’s best to check with American Express if you’re not sure whether your membership qualifies. Some Reddit users have reported that spa services at Equinox have triggered statement credits, but your mileage may vary.
What benefits can I get with the Equinox+ app?
You’ll have access to an extensive portfolio of classes in categories such as cycling, HIIT, meditation, running and yoga from Equinox and its many brands, such as HeadStrong, Precision Run, Pure Yoga, Rumble, Solidcore, SoulCycle and TB12.
There are also live online classes at Equinox and SoulCycle. If you prefer to work out in the comfort of your own home and avoid busy, crowded gyms, this is a great option to consider.
What about SoulCycle points?
Additionally, as an Equinox+ and Platinum member, you can earn up to $300 in statement credits each calendar year toward the purchase of a SoulCycle home bike*. A SoulCycle bike sells for $2,500 (including tax), so the discount is essentially $300.
*This statement credit is valid for a maximum of 15 bikes per calendar year; registration required. To qualify, you must have an active Equinox+ membership and purchase via a single transaction.
