11.14 Friday Favorite – Fitness Guru

Hi friends! Happy Friday, Hi Manhattan Beach! I came here for a curated event with Jill Coleman (aka JillFit) (my business coach and mentor for many years), some friends, and fellow health professionals. It’s been a great weekend filled with fun and learning so far. What are you going to do this weekend? I hope you have a great and relaxing weekend.
Some photos from this week:

It was my 41st birthday. I had a lovely dinner with Gisele and Amber in LA and will be celebrating with my family this weekend. While this year has definitely had its ups and downs, I am hopeful and excited for next year and grateful for all the wonderful blessings in my life, including all of you. I never take my “job” for granted and look forward to connecting with all of you every day.
The favorite weekly Friday party is here. Here I’m sharing some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love hearing about your favorites too, so shout out your favorites in the comments section below.

Fashion + beauty + casual:
Had a great weekend with our Kleiger family! They were in town for homecoming last weekend because one of their kids is thinking about becoming a Wildcat 🙂 We did a lot over the weekend: tailgating, football game, Gavi, Betsy and I took a hot yoga class, went shopping, the kids went to the trampoline park, and had Mexican food for dinner. The best.

Vivrel! They contacted me a while ago and when I saw “Luxury Handbags and Jewelry Rentals” I was immediately interested. I’m “really” trying to shop less this year, and renting gives me a “new” feel without spending a lot. I can carry this gorgeous Chanel Caviar bag with me everywhere and it puts a huge boost in my step, haha 😉 You can check it out here and get GINAHARNEY for free for a month!

The first choice for gift guides! My gift guide is here and I have more to come – I had a blast putting these together.
Here are some key findings so far this year:
These pointed boots
This lululemon hoodie
Classic Samba
give him pants
this magical candle
This cute sequin t-shirt
Essential travel kit for your vacation
This gold pendant necklace
The perfect makeup case
These earrings look much more expensive than they are
This bow clamp
Outdoor gas pizza oven
Yes Chef Dish Towel
foot heating massager
Read, watch, listen:
call it to exit Frozen river. It has a lot of great reviews, and while I was fascinated by the first few chapters, I was bored to tears. Too slow. There are too many great books out there to take the time to read this one.
I started a substack! Nothing will be changing on the blog, but my Substack posts will be more random and behind-the-scenes than most of the professional posts I post here 😉 I’d love it if you do! I post at least once a week.
Fitness, Health and Food:
ButcherBox barbacoa odds are 100/10. It comes pre-cooked and frozen so I just throw it on the stove or in the Instant Pot for a quick taco dinner. Check it out here (and pick up your free gift!)

Such a delicious little breakfast. I added hot water and my favorite protein powder and it tasted great.

Thank you so much for visiting the blog today! Have a great weekend and see you soon!
XOXO
Gina
