NoMad Las Vegas will be renamed The Reserve at Park MGM and join Marriott Hotels in early 2026

The NoMad Las Vegas will transform into The Reserve at Park MGM this month, with plans to join Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection brand in early 2026.
The resort told TPG the rebranding effort will officially take effect on December 17, with several venues also undergoing similar rebranding, including the NoMad Pool, which will be renamed The Terrace Pool; the NoMad Library, which will become The Library; and the NoMad Bar, which will become The Reserve Bar. While the property has a new name, there are currently no renovation plans.
Fans of the Marriott loyalty program will be able to use points to book another hotel in Las Vegas when the hotel joins the Marriott Autograph Collection early next year. However, travelers who prefer to book through MGM Rewards can still continue to do so.

It’s unclear what the hotel’s nightly points rate will be when it joins Marriott Bonvoy in 2026. According to TPG’s search, rooms currently start at $147 per night for December stays.
The NoMad Las Vegas hotel currently has 293 guest rooms and suites decorated with a “unique New York sensibility” including hardwood floors and original artwork. For guests who want to splurge, there’s the Royal Superior Suite, the largest at 2,000 square feet, with a separate living room, dining room for six, bar and its own pool table.

The hotel is located on the Las Vegas Strip, adjacent to Park MGM Las Vegas.
The rebranding comes as Las Vegas struggles to recover from a downturn in tourism. According to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, more than 32.3 million tourists visited Sin City as of November 25, 2025. That’s down 7.6% from the same period in 2024, when the city hosts major events such as the Super Bowl.
