What Christmas gifts do we actually get for the kids?

If you’re looking for ideas, share our Christmas gifts for kids this year!

Hi friends! Are you OK? I hope you’re having a great week so far! This is already a pretty good thing here. Liv has been sniffling, but P has had a great week at school and I’ve been here writing blog content for the new year! The fun starts with our 2026 Wellness Planning Course. If you haven’t joined yet, please join here!

In today’s post, if you’re looking for ideas, I’d like to share what we’re getting for the kids this Christmas.

Here’s a look at this year’s gift guide list too!

Everything is linked on my ShopMy for easy access, and this page also rounds up some of my top picks.

Just a friendly reminder, everyone’s shopping strategy/budget is different. To some, this may seem very high, and to others, this may seem very low. Some people go absolutely crazy over Christmas (good for them! Haha), while others stick to a budget. It really depends on your unique home and budget! It’s also worth mentioning that Christmas is about so much more than just gifts. (The gift aspect is my least favorite thing about this holiday season. I just want to be with my family, eat delicious food, and sing “Happy Birthday” to baby Jesus.)

Posting a photo of our largest Christmas tree in 2021 in case they’re browsing the blog on my phone. I don’t want them to see pictures of what they received 😉 Also, I’m glad we’re finally getting rid of that 90s style fandom.

What Christmas gifts do we actually get for the kids?

For the kids, we stick to “things they want, things they need, things to wear, things to read” + Santa gifts and socks.

Here’s a list of what they actually got this year:

Liv:

Wants: Katesye concert tickets (me, Liv + a good friend of hers) – the concert was last week and she loved it

Needed: More Apple storage. She was completely out.

Wear: Balloon Animal Necklace

Read: A K-Pop Book

Santa Claus: Sol de Janiero set, glow sticks for one of her favorite K-pop bands

Christmas gifts: K-pop photo cards and albums, lip gloss, candies, travel-sized beauty products

Telephone:

Want: An electric bike. She’s always wanted one and rides just fine on her regular bike

Needs: New basketball shoes – one of the last things on my list I still need to buy

Outfit: LA sportswear (girls love sportswear the most)

read: Diary of a Wimpy Kid books

Santa Claus: New Ronaldo Jersey, Hover Football

Christmas gifts: NBA trading cards, slime, LED masks, candy, positive basketball affirmations

Friends, tell me: What gifts are you giving the kids at home this year? Any little/random things they ended up liking? Last year we bought P a hoverboard and it ended up being a huge hit. Last year, both girls rode it all over the house.
