Mango Green Fruit Smoothie • Sweet Pea Chef

Ingredient notes
mango: Mangoes perform very well in smoothies and produce a similar consistency to bananas, which makes them ideal for replacing bananas. They are sweet, too. If you don’t like mangoes, smoothies can be used with bananas. I recommend using frozen mangoes in this recipe. If using fresh mangoes you need to add more ice.
banana: I am a big fan of Banana in Smoothies, but I know not everyone feels the same. If you want to replace the banana, I suggest you add more mangoes. I also recommend checking out articles about banana-free smoothie alternatives for more ideas about the alternative. You can also swap for apples like my caramel apple protein smoothie.
spinach: Baby spinach is what makes it a mango green fruit smoothie, so substitute it with other vegetables such as kale, mixed vegetables or Swiss. However, thanks to mangoes and bananas, you are not really tasting the spinach in the recipe.
Grated flax seeds: I like to add flax seeds to smoothies for extra fiber, healthy fats, and all the other huge benefits of flax seeds. However, you can omit it if you prefer.
Protein powder: To add protein in this smoothie, I added my favorite spoon of cleansing vanilla bean plant protein, adding 20g Plant-based proteins are sugar-free. Any vanilla protein can do it, but I recommend choosing a protein with the smallest ingredient that can taste good alone.
Unsweetened almond milk: I prefer almond milk without sugar, but the milk you choose is suitable for this recipe. I suggest you recommend unsweetened coconut milk or any other unsweetened, unsweetened milk, depending on your preference.
