Developing an employer brand can be as simple as providing an online survey to people who come into contact with your company. I’m not talking about apps; I’m talking about a questionnaire that’s administered to them during or after the process, asking a few questions.

What attracted you to our organization? Why are you interested in contacting us and working for us? Now, if it’s as simple as “I heard you had a job opening,” that’s not really what you want. What you want is texture.

People will actually express their true reasons for wanting to join your company. What was your experience like? Do they confirm these impressions or distort them? You’re looking for data that will help you get along with others.
