Bilt Card Offer: Earn up to 100,000 points (TPG exclusive offer)

we have been waiting Year Two things: the ability to earn points on your mortgage, and the opportunity to earn a huge welcome bonus with the Bilt Credit Card.

Now, both of them are finally here.

Bilt launches three new credit cards: birt blue card (See Rates and Fees), birt obsidian card (See Rates & Fees) and—my favorite—the new top-of-the-line Birt Palladium Card (See Rates and Fees). The update brings the first truly significant welcome bonus we’ve seen from Bilt, as well as new ways to earn Bilt Rewards Points faster than ever.

In fact, by stacking the new welcome offer with exclusive TPG offers, you can earn up to 100,000 Bilt Reward Points with a quick $10,000 purchase. To qualify for this limited time offer, you must apply through TPG’s exclusive link. Note: Offer details may not appear during the application process, but will be reflected in your Bilt account upon card activation on February 7.

This is important because Bilt Rewards points are the most valuable transferable rewards currency, thanks to an excellent list of airline and hotel partners and consistently high-value redemption opportunities.

Below, we break down the current welcome offers for all three Bilt credit cards and explain which one might make the most sense for you.

According to TPG’s January 2026 valuation, 50,000 Bilt bonus points are worth up to $1,100 on their own. When coupled with $300 in Bilt Cash (which can be used in the Bilt ecosystem for rent and mortgage fee relief, etc.), the total value of this offer is up to $1,400.

That doesn’t even take into account the added value of Bilt Gold status or the ability to earn tons of points within the first five days of card membership.

With a total value of over $1,400, this welcome bonus is easily among the best value card offers available right now.

In addition to the welcome bonus, the card offers the following key benefits:

  • Annual fee $495
  • $400 in Bilt Travel hotel credits annually ($200 awarded biannually)
  • $200 Bilt Cash per year
  • Priority Pass Lounge Membership

This card earns:

  • Earn 2 points for every US$1 spent on daily purchases
  • Earn up to 1 point for every $1 spent on rent and mortgage payments
  • Earn 4% Bilt Cash on everyday expenses (can be used to waive rent and mortgage transaction fees and other exchange fees)

Why You Should Apply to Bilt Palladium

Two words describe the appeal of this card better than anything else: Transfer Partner.

The ability to earn up to 1 point for every $1 spent on rent and mortgage payments is exciting, especially since Bilt Cash can be used to offset transaction fees. But even without being tied to rent and mortgage payments, the Bilt Palladium is still a great premium card.

That’s because Bilt Rewards points transfer 1:1 to programs like Alaska Airlines Atmos Rewards, United MileagePlus and World of Hyatt. These partners always offer high-value redemptions, which is why Bilt points are currently valued at 2.2 cents each (based on our January 2026 valuation).

The closest premium card in daily earnings is the Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card, which earns at least 2 points per $1 on all purchases. However, Capital One miles are currently worth 1.85 cents per mile (based on our January 2026 valuation), giving the Bilt Palladium a clear advantage when it comes to everyday spending.

To translate this difference into the real world, transferring Bilt points to World of Hyatt can unlock tremendous value. On certain dates, just 63,000 points are enough for a three-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Oceanfront Maui Resort & Spa. Most of these points can come directly from the welcome bonus.

Whether you’re focused on maximizing your daily spending, earning points on rent or mortgage payments, or racking up transferable points for fancy travel, the Bilt Palladium Card has the potential to become a long-term staple in many wallets.

bottom line

In a world of 100,000 point and 200,000 point welcome bonuses, it’s easy to overlook the true significance of the 50,000 point Bilt bonus (before considering the TPG Exclusive Offers section).

But Bill’s characteristics are different. They’re harder to earn at scale, they transfer to some of the most valuable loyalty programs, and they’re always worth more than 2 cents each when used with transfer partners. When you combine that with the ability to earn rent and mortgage points, this new lineup becomes truly compelling. (If you apply for one of these cards today, consider the time it will take to receive the card in the mail. According to the company, it will enable all Bilt Card 2.0 on February 7.)

I would definitely apply for the Bilt Palladium Card. Between the welcome bonus, the earning rate on everyday purchases, and the ability to earn more points with card collateral, adding the card to my wallet was a no-brainer. The welcome bonus, combined with the card’s other points-earning opportunities, will get me closer to my next Hyatt stay, business class flight, or whatever enticing day-of-lease transfer bonus Bilt offers next.
