What do you think of this statement?

What do I think about this statement? I say this, there are people who don’t know how to…how to interview, so they get rejected a lot. So they want to feel better about themselves, so they make the interview look arbitrary, which most interviews are not.

Now, there’s a company that decides, “I have to choose between three people,” and I don’t even want it to look like a coin toss because they’ve narrowed it down to three, let’s say 10, 15, or 30 people. Now, what is the difference between these three people? It’s not a coin toss; It’s about discrete differences. So, I really don’t believe in the “interviews are like tossing a coin” nonsense.
