When you think about employer branding, the best place to start is with students.

If you want to build your employer brand, start with someone who is still in school. I don’t care if you’re a business trying to attract people to work in your manufacturing facility, if you’re trying to engage high school graduates, or if you’re trying to attract college graduates to join after graduation. Start modifying them while they are in school. Start something by sending people into schools and teaching them about you and the business. Donate to the school – computer equipment, etc.!
