Most of the talent you’re trying to attract isn’t on a job site or applying through LinkedIn.
Employer Brand: Do you know why they are contacting you?
If you want to attract talent to your organization and you think that posting a job ad on a job site or LinkedIn is the best way to achieve this, you are clearly wrong because you are not attracting the people you want to attract.
A better strategy is to look at social media from a different perspective. How do you create your brand on TikTok, Reels or Stories, which is where the younger demographic you’re trying to attract lives?
If you think posting and praying is the best approach, please continue to do so. But think strategically. Over time, your audience is there and they’re watching your videos. They are getting to know you. If you do it right, they will be interested in contacting you about opportunities. Stop posting and trolling.
