1.30 Friday Favorite – Fitness Guru

Hi friends! Happy Friday! Are you OK? What are you going to do this weekend? We had our usual basketball game, celebrated my brother’s birthday, and I was looking forward to a low-key pizza and movie night. I hope you have a relaxing and enjoyable weekend.

The favorite weekly Friday party is here. Here I’m sharing some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love hearing about your favorites too, so shout out your favorites in the comments section below.

Fashionable, beautiful and casual:

I don’t think I promote it properly in my blog, but I am obsessed with the OneSkin lip mask. It’s better than other lip masks I’ve tried, with cleaner ingredients and added anti-aging OS-01 peptides. It’s plump, super hydrating (won’t dry out lips this winter) and I love it. FITNESSISTA15 is used here.

Date night at the Flemings! The pilot often goes to the volunteer group he belongs to and I always feel ignored, haha. We planned a little date night and it was awesome. Fleming’s is a chain restaurant, but it’s one of my favorite restaurants in Tucson. It’s always amazing every time. We’ve definitely cut back on eating out at restaurants over the past year, but this is one of those places where I feel like it’s “worth it.”

Fitness, Health and Food:

My favorite cereal, a special delivery from our friends at Lovebird. I love cereal, but I don’t like most of the ingredients in it. This is one of the few brands that I buy regularly and the kids love it too. Our toddler niece is coming over for a sleepover soon and I’m so excited to pack a few things to share with her – I know she’ll love them too.

Peptide Q&A:

If you’re hearing more and more about peptides and are curious (but also wary), you’re not alone. That’s exactly why my friend Tina and I hosted a Peptide Q&A Chat: a calm and educational conversation between two practitioners who have seen meaningful results in their personal and practical experience when peptides are used appropriately and responsibly.

This is not medical advice, nor is it a protocol call; This is an open discussion about what peptides are, who they might help (and who should wait), why foundation always comes first, and how to handle peptides ethically with proper medical oversight. Our goal is to answer common questions, dispel misinformation, and help you feel informed when making the best decision for your unique body.
