Mushroom Swiss Sliders
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix with your hands until completely combined.

- Press into bottom of 10 x 6 baking pan. Cook for 20 minutes. Drain off excess liquid, then place patties on a bed of paper towels to drain.

- While the meat is cooking, sauté the mushrooms. Place mushrooms, onions, and 2 tablespoons butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until onions are translucent and mushrooms are soft, 6-8 minutes. When done, remove from heat and set aside.

- In a small mixing bowl, melt remaining butter. Use a silicone brush to butter the top of the bread.

- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and bread is toasted and golden brown.

- Once done, serve immediately.
