2.20 Friday Favorite – Fitness Guru

Hi friends! Happy Friday! Are you OK? What are your activities this weekend? The Cleggs are coming to Tucson–I can’t wait! ! ! – For a major event, P also has her own basketball championship. I’m definitely looking forward to a super fun weekend.

I feel like this week went by the fastest. I had a ton of client appointments, hosted a conference call about affiliate income for Revenue Rx members, worked on my IHP Centurion mod, taught barre, introduced Pilates to Liv (she loved it!), and hiked and chatted with a friend.

I hope you have a great weekend!

May you be as content as Lola with the crunchy twigs she brings to eat on the couch.

(Normally I can grab anything she has on her way in, but I missed this and had to take a picture before cleaning up her huge mess)

2.20 Friday Favorites

Fashionable, beautiful and casual:

Last weekend we had a symphony performance to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States. It’s a mix of patriotic songs and works by American composers. I’m happy to be a small part of it and enjoying every minute of it. The “1812 Overture” by Electric Canon is the most exciting part.

With family (except Liv as she asked to be cut)

The Pilot and I had a date night at Tinajas, a super cute bar. You can customize your cheese board and enjoy a variety of amazing wines and cocktails.

It was a perfect parent date night that ended with a slightly unhinged trip to Target 😉

Read, watch, listen:

I’m in a reading slump and usually historical novels get me out of it, but right now the chaos of life feels too heavy for me. If there’s a book you’ve read recently that you couldn’t put down, please lmk!

Martha Stewart on the TSC Podcast. obsessed.

This week I took a quick look at the rest of Part One bridgeton That’s all. I found the last season boring but can’t wait to resume this one in a few days. very good! !

This made me laugh. Have you seen his full special on Netflix?

Fitness, Health and Food:

Chocolate covered strawberries. I made them for Valentine’s Day and the kids loved them! I just melted the chocolate chips, added a little coconut oil, dipped the strawberries, and drizzled with white chocolate. Super easy, here’s a fun Valentine’s Day treat:

Daily nutritional support with strawberries! I usually have chocolate (every day) but they recently introduced wild strawberry. Very good. I was originally going to use it to make my usual protein pudding, but it was so delicious I just drank it. It tastes like strawberry milk – mostly nostalgia – but is packed with vitamins, minerals and protein.

Both dogs are crazy about this healthy homemade dog food.

Create shiny nails for Saturday’s event. It’s a light brown cat eye topped with Dubai Dream glitter:

(The bag was sent back to Vivrelle, but I can’t wait for the next one to arrive! You can check it out here and get 100% off your first month with GINAHARNEY. You have to apply first – it’s quick – and then you can enjoy the full experience.)

Whole Foods Red Lentil Dal Copycat Soup.
