Here are some ways to prepare for a job interview. First, research the company and the position. Prepare answers to common interview questions and then practice your answers by speaking them out loud, preferably with someone else.
Prepare three stories that follow at least the STAR framework—situation or task action outcome. Look at the background of the person you’re about to meet or the person on LinkedIn and tailor your answer to what they might want to know. HR people want to know different things than recruiting managers. Correct?
