Everyday Energy is now open

I’m excited to announce that registration is now open for my new course, Everyday Energy.
This three-month program takes a deep dive into what makes us energized and exhausted. The goal is not just to give you insights into how to manage your energy, but to develop practices that can actually change the energy levels you experience on a regular basis.
The plan is divided into three parts, each reflecting a core component of our energy experience:

Month One: Fuel
This month, we’re focusing on the biological pillars of energy: sleep, exercise, diet, and stress management. I’ll show you how to make small adjustments to your daily routine that will dramatically increase your energy at work and in your life.

Month Two: Flow
During the second month, we will work on establishing a natural cycle of work and rest that allows us to make the most of the energy we have. This month, you’ll learn how to overcome procrastination, improve your focus, and make hard work feel easier.

Month Three: Thrive
Finally, in month three, we’ll move beyond adjustments to daily life and delve into the psychology of meaning and intrinsic motivation, adjusting our lifestyle and work philosophy so that the energy comes easily.
