Vivrelle Review: Is It Worth It? (My real thoughts + how it works)

Sharing a full review of Vivrelle and whether I think it’s worth it. If you want to give it a try, you can get your first month of GINAHARNEY for free here.
Hi hi! Are you OK? I hope you’re having a great morning so far! I’m going to be at the kids’ school later today for a while and a podcast interview. I also had to go to UPS to send back my newest Vivrelle bag; my favorite one I’ve borrowed so far!
For today’s post, I thought I’d share my full review of Vivrelle since I’ve been using their service for the past few months (and absolutely loving it).
If you’ve always wanted to try different designer bags and jewelry but didn’t have the designer price tags, you’ve probably heard of Vivrelle.
It’s been around for a while, but I feel like it’s surged in popularity recently. Today I thought I’d talk about the price, their brand, and whether it’s really worth it.
TLDR version: I like it, but it may not be for everyone. Let’s break it all down.

Vivrelle Review: Is It Worth It? (My real thoughts + how it works)
What is Vivrel?
Vivrelle is a luxury accessories membership that gives you access to a shared wardrobe of designer handbags, jewelry, watches, and more for a monthly fee.
Instead of buying a $2,500 bag, you can borrow it, wear it as long as you want, and then trade it in for a new one.
It’s very similar to Rent the Runway, but for designer bags and jewelry. (My full review of Rent the Runway Unlimited is here!)
How Vivrelle works
The process is actually very simple:
Apply for membership (their approval process is quick. I promise it won’t take long)
Choose your membership level
Browse their collection and select an item
Your items delivered to your door (including shipping and returns)
Keep it as long as you want and then replace it with a new one
There is also no strict return period. If you like an item, you can keep it for a month or more.
If you really fall in love with something, you can actually buy it at a member discount, which is a huge perk.
Vivrelle Membership Fees
Vivrelle comes in several pricing tiers, depending on how luxurious you want to enjoy it.
Typical pricing is as follows:
Premier: Approximately $45-49/month (jewelry + selected packages)
Classique: About US$119 to US$139/month (bag value is about US$4,000)
Haute Couture: Approximately US$219 to US$239/month (high-end and rare items)
Couture+: about US$309-339/month (2 items at a time)
Each level unlocks a different “wardrobe,” and the higher the level, the more unique the items.
There is usually a minimum commitment of 3 months, which is something to keep in mind.
If you want to give it a try, you can use my code GINAHARNEY to get your first month free.
Brands available on Vivrelle
This is one of the biggest selling points.
Vivrelle has a true luxury brand. These are not liars or lookalikes. Every item is verified by their team or third-party experts. Everything I receive feels brand new. Absolutely no signs of wear or use.
Some brands you’ll typically see include:
Chanel
Louis Vuitton
Gucci
Prada
Saint Laurent
Dior
Bottega Veneta
You can use this method to test drive a bag before committing to purchase, which I think is genius. There are some bags that I’ve always wanted to buy, but I didn’t know how much I’d like them in day-to-day use. That sealed the deal for me. (Which confirms the fact that, yes, I do want a tan Chanel caviar bag. Pilot, are you reading? Are you there?)

My experience using Vivrelle
To me, Vivrelle is one of those things that makes dressing more interesting. I also think there’s something wrong with me. I like new things or things that are new to me. That’s why Rent the Runway and Vivrelle give me a huge dopamine hit without having to spend thousands of dollars.
I love that I can change bags based on:
season
travel
event
mood
It’s also perfect if you don’t want to buy an expensive bag, or if you like variety but don’t want to clutter your wardrobe.
Honestly, it’s really fun to take a bag that you wouldn’t normally buy just to test it out a little bit.

Advantages of Vivrelle
The biggest advantage is access.
You don’t have to spend thousands of dollars up front to wear luxury items, which makes it feel more approachable.
This is also:
Great way to try before buying
Great for special events or travel
Constantly updated with new inventory
Includes free shipping and returns
Allows you to exchange items at will
Many users also love the flexibility and say it instantly improves their everyday clothing.

Disadvantages of Vivrelle
As with anything, there are some drawbacks to consider.
The biggest one is the cost over time. While the monthly fee is lower than buying a package outright, it does add up if you subscribe for a long time.
Availability can also be an issue. Popular items sell quickly, so you may not always find your top choice right away. (Pro tip: I’ve put all of my favorite items on a waitlist so I’ll be notified when they’re back in stock.)
Some other things to remember:
There is a membership commitment (usually 3 months)
You do not own these items (unless you purchase them separately)
Inventory depends on demand
Is Wiffle worth going to?
It really depends on your lifestyle.
Vivrelle is 100% worth it if:
You like designer bags but don’t want to commit to buying them
You like to change your style frequently
You have events, travel or content creation where accessories matter
You want to test the bag before investing
It may not be worth it if:
You enjoy owning and keeping your belongings
You rarely change bags
You are trying to reduce your monthly expenses
Vivrelle is one of those services that feels very “extra”…but in the best way.
It makes luxury more accessible, adds variety to your wardrobe, and honestly, it makes dressing more fun.
For me, it’s worth it because of the flexibility, experience, and ability to try pieces I wouldn’t buy.
If you’re curious, it’s definitely a fun thing to try, especially since you can try it for free for a month! (Please note that they do have a minimum 3 month commitment.)
You can get your first month free with code GINAHARNEY.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
