People have a stupid idea of deciding their value when looking for a job. This is a cruel fact.
Should I ask for a lower offer?
“The only person who defines the market is the market. It’s not your friend, it’s not your kindness, what you know is a former colleague, not your wife, husband, or partner. This is indeed the case in the market.
If you have been out of work for a while, if you have been rejected multiple times and have no response to your resume, it is the market to talk to you and you may not like what it says. Sometimes it will try to grind your salary because frankly, it tries to get the most out of people with the lowest price.
So, I just want to say The market defines your value, not you. You decide what you are willing to accept, but you may have to make a difficult decision to accept less than you really want.
Why?
Because the market thinks you are not worth it. And I know you don’t like listening to these things, and I might get a lot of criticism for it, but the reality is that the market defines your value. After all, if you’ve been out of work for a few weeks, how much do you spend on your lost wages?
Recovery works faster and it will serve you.

Is it normal for employers to accept an offer before I make it in writing?
