Other Magsafe Power Banks to consider

We like some of the other Magsafe Power Banks that didn’t make it into our top picks.
Sharge Icemag costs $34: I’m usually the suction cup for Sharge’s translucent Cyberpunk aesthetic, while Icemag’s RGB lighting and a small fan inside! It charges iPhones for 7.5 watts and offers 20 watts of wired charging, with plenty of capacity. But it’s relatively bulky and the fan makes loud complaints. You only hear it when you are quiet, and even though it keeps the power library cool, my iPhone 14 Pro is still very warm. I like the look and think cooling fans are a solid idea, but the design can be improved.
VonmählenEvergreen Mag Magnage Power Bank priced at £60: The real attraction of this magnetic wireless power library is Vonmählen’s Eco credentials. The German manufacturer uses recyclable cobalt (27%), aluminum (90%) and plastic (100%) in its power bank. There is no compromise on design or functionality. This MagSafe battery pack is stylish and slim (8.6mm), QI2 certified and offers 15-watt wireless and 20-watt wired charging via USB-C. It is only available in the UK and Europe, but hopes to land in the US soon.
Benks Armorgo $43: I like the Aramid fiber finish on Benks’ MagSafe compatible power banking range, while the 5,000-MAH model is small and provides enough power to make your iPhone stand out and get you through the day. If you need more power, there is a larger 10,000-MAH model. Wireless charging is slow at 7.5 watt hours, while wired charging via USB-C port is 15 watts. It worked well in my tests, but there were better options on it.
Scosche PBQ5MS2 Portable Magsafe Phone Charger for $50: Slim, Splim, nice magnet, four LEDs show the remaining power and a Wee USB-C cable in the box – so familiar. There is nothing really wrong with this 5,000-MAH MAGSAFE power bank, but the maximum value for charging (wireless and wired) is 10 watts, and you can get better performance on the same money above.
Torras Magnetic Portable Charger with Stand Price at $50: Our previous ring grips and stalls, this power library was replaced as it only offers 7.5 watts wirelessly, although you can always plug in a USB-C port for faster charging (up to 18 watts). It is relatively small, the light has a powerful magnet, and four LEDs show battery level.
Burga Magnetic Library $100: If you’re shocked by the idea of attaching an ugly hat to your iPhone, consider splashing out a stylish Magsafe Power Banks in Burga. These beautiful power banks are a mixture of tempered glass and anodized steel with a wide range of compelling designs. The camouflage model I tested had a strong magnet and charged my iPhone 14 wireless (7.5 watts) to about 70% of the Dead. The USB-C port can also be provided with 20 watts. The capture volume is a relatively high price of relatively low 5,000-MAH capacity.

INIU Magnetic Portable Charger for $40: If you choose this number from INIU, you can get a nice 10,000-mah magsafe Power Bank without spending a lot of money. It is heavy and chunky, but the rounded edges and soft plastic finish keep it comfortable. It sticks firmly to the back of the iPhone and charges via the magsafe shell. The PAW print logo doubles as a power indicator, and each section lights up blue, indicating 20%. It’s negative full charge, and for my iPhone 14 Pro it’s less than halfway.
Groov-e Electric Bank price is £27: This affordable MagSafe charger is only available in the UK, but it offers a nice 10,000-MAH capacity that shows the display showing the exact percentage. You can get 15 watts of wireless charging (iPhone 7.5 watts), and the USB-C port can charge the device up to 20 watts. It’s a bit bulky, but the magnet is strong and works well when tested, giving my iPhone 14 Pro full charge, with about 30% left.
Belkin Boostcharge Wireless Power Bank costs $50: This Magsafe Power Bank has a capacity of 5,000 MAH and a convenient stand, which is great. I like the choice of color (especially purple), but the magnet feels a little weak, and kicks are most effective in landscape (feeling unstable in portraits). For my iPhone 14 Pro full charge.
Bezalel Prelude XR Wireless Power Bank costs $79: Clever X range from Bezalel includes two Magsafe power libraries and a wireless charging plug. The XR I tested has a capacity of 10,000-MAH, while the smaller X ($80) is done with 5,000 mAh. The XR is bulky and the shelf feels fragile, but it offers enough features to charge the iPhone 14 Pro. Both power banks charge iPhones at 7.5 watts, with other Qi wireless phones up to 15 watts, plus you can pop the Airpods out on the other side and charge them at a price of 3 watts. They also have a USB-C port that can deliver 20 watts.
Mophie Snap+ Juice Pack Mini $45: This 5,000-MAH capacity power bank is operating well, but it should be a little larger than that. It works with MagSafe iPhones, but comes with an optional non-MagSafe phone attachment. Mophie’s Snap+ Powerstation Stand ($70) offers twice the capacity and stand, but it’s clumsy.
Rapidx Boosta Power Bank costs $50: This MagSafe Power Bank has some bright colors, offers 5,000 mAh power, and has an optional charging stand with USB-C Jack that you can slide in. This portable charger adds 76% respect to my iPhone 14 Pro battery, but the wired USB-C charging limit is 10 watts.
Avoid these Magsafe Power Banks

Some of the MagSafe portable chargers we tested are not worth your time.
Alogic Matrix Universal Magnetic Library: This lightweight 5,000-MAH capacity magnet library has an awkward angled look, but that’s because it’s designed to slide into 2-inch 1 dock, 3-inch 1 dock and several car docks, just like the Anker’s 633 above. Unfortunately, one of the blue batteries I tested failed and refused to charge. One of the job managed to increase my iPhone 14 Pro battery by 74%.
HyperJuice Magnetic Wireless Battery Pack: Also there is a 5,000-mah magsafe power library, the HyperJuice looks pretty good, with four LEDs and a round power button on the back, but the USB-C port is limited to 12 watts, which can only bring my iPhone 14 Pro up to 71%.
UAG Lucent Power Kingstand: This MagSafe Power Bank has a curved design with a soft coating and a hard metal stand. Unfortunately, the capacity is only 4,000 mAh, but it is as big as some high-capacity options, or even larger. It increases my iPhone 14 Pro by 60% and charges wirelessly with 7.5 watts. USB-C is up to 18 watts, but you get better strength and performance.
Moft Snap Stand Power Set: I love the soft faux leather finish and this power library is comfortable and looks great, but the 3,400-MAH capacity only adds 41% of my iPhone 14 Pro. It comes with a magnetic folding rack and wallet, which may have plenty of room for several cards or emergency cash. I like it attached separately so you can throw it away after the power bank dies, but keep your stand. It just doesn’t have enough power.
