12 Best Kids Headphones (2025), Hearing Protection and More

Protect those headphones
Even durable headphones can easily be damaged. We have lost the people standing on them, cats and robots vacuum attack cables, and chairs roll over. I learned that if you keep these jars away from the floor, it is worth investing. Even if your child sometimes remembers to use it, it may extend the life of the headphones.
We use a Satechi 2-in-1 headset rack with a wireless charger ($80), which also has a location that can be charged on the basis, but without spending too much. This new Bee Headphone Stand ($7) will solve the problem. My PC gaming eldest son has a clothes rack ($13) clipped to the table and it’s perfect for blocking it when not in use.
Other headphones we like
These headphones don’t quite win the above position, but we still like them.

Juice Pro wireless headphones for £35: For one of my wife’s 10-year-olds, these headphones were chosen as the best because they are very comfortable, wireless, and offer decent active noise cancellation. The sound quality is good, the headphones are hard-wearing and are made of 100% recycled plastic. They are also cheap for people in the UK (sadly not available in the US).
$80: Onanoff’s headphones offer three limit options of 75, 85 or 94 decibels, but this maximum limit can only be used for a short period of time (50 minutes or less). There are stickers to customize the jars, and they fit well, but the kids’ verdict is just “okay”. Welcome to the presence of ANC and 42-hour battery life. The 3.5mm audio port allows plugging, we like that you can also use it to link two pairs of friends and share audio (if your kids share tablet to watch movies).
We don’t like headphones
For us or our children, none of these headphones pass the call.

Juice animal wired headphones: Simon really wants to like these headphones because they are made entirely from recyclable plastic, with 20% profits going to the natural Freedom Foundation, and they have fun panda or tiger designs. They are also very affordable. But, sadly, both pairs we tested failed within the first week.
Story mobile phone: While the idea of playing headphones based on the story of “Stories Circle” is clever, allowing kids to switch stories easily, story phones are too expensive for build and sound quality, extra stories are expensive, and shields are easily lost.
