Someone wrote to me to ask this question. Should I follow up with a recruiter or a hiring manager? “Now, I think there is a “one dependency” there, but most of the time, I’ll tell you to represent your hiring managers and not the hiring staff.”

Agent recruiters are related to hiring managers. You don’t. Even if you say to me, “I want to send a thank you letter as a follow-up record,” which is great, but my experience when searching is that there are a lot of thank you letters that are not well written, misspelled, grammatical issues, and I want to check it out first before sending it to the hiring manager.

So of course, of course, you can do your work with the recruiter, you can contact the recruiter and say, “Hey look, I want to send them a thank you letter to the hiring manager,” and they might be a little uplifted because they think it’s a good idea. “Can I send it to you first and then to them?”

They’ll say, “Of course.” They’ll look, if it’s good, they’ll take apart some of the incorrect things you’re doing, like a nice generic, “Thank you.”

“I just want to thank you for the time I started today. I believe I will be a valuable asset to your organization.” That’s not good enough. I hope you can get to that or reiterate your point of view that fits your role in the interview, not just a general matter. And, again, send it to the recruiter for proofreading and grammar checking to make sure it presents you in the best way.

Human resources organizations are in the organization. Now, I will distinguish between agent recruiters again, and that’s how I answered the first part and the company recruiters. I think, in general, you’d better send a message to a company recruiter rather than a hiring manager, and some people will say, “What are you crazy?”

Let me give you this situation. The hiring manager really doesn’t care. I’m going to assume this is after the first interview. And, so, to HR recruiters, “I didn’t hear anything in the days after the interview. It’s useful to hear any feedback you get. Then they say, “No, I don’t.” Let me contact them and then contact you. ”This is more about hiring a manager than leaving your message in a voicemail, who starts to feel some pressure on you that you might think you want, but it’s better to come from a company recruiter.

So again, work through recruiting people. Now, if you haven’t heard anything in a few days. , the probability is that they are not interested in people yet, they are not ready to move on, I will contact the hiring manager again and say, “I just want to follow up after our interview.

Now, I want to remind you of my initial advice that following up is related to agency recruiters, which you thank the hiring manager. So, in doing so, you can always quote the facts you express your ongoing interest and interest.
