This is a variant of the “failure problem” for people at the manager level and above.

You see that when companies hire people in leadership positions, they want to hire people that not only can do the job, but also have a certain level of emotional intelligence, they can understand the impact of their job and their own. So the question of this behavioral interview is: “Give me an example of you having a while of risk and failure.” The keyword there is “failed” because it is a powerful word. It’s not your failure, they want to know you can take on your own mistakes, you can have failures and learn from them. So, get your ideas here. You are dealing with situations, goals, actions, and results. . . And have a part of you. You have to do this. Without that article, your answer would be meaningless. I remember one time with the nonprofit I was working on and I was preparing to certify to hold a seminar for them. When I first sat in front of the certified group, I was told that I wasn’t ready.

They are looking for you to have your own characters in the scene, even if most of them involve them.
