Job seeking is like dating. You want to date and refuse from the person you care about. You try to find a job, but you are also rejected.

3 Effective Ways to Handle Rejections During Job Execution

It will be more common in the age we live in now. After all, millions are looking for jobs. Possible limited work.

Let’s be smart. Let us take the initiative to prepare ourselves for the inevitable. You will be rejected in some places.

Hope you find this show helpful. Hopefully you don’t need this show. However, it is always better to be prepared, not unprepared.

So, let’s start. I want to talk to you about dealing with rejections in job search. And I’ve said that many interviews are very much like blind dates.

You talk to people, have conversations, your heart opens, and sometimes you get suppressed. Unfortunately, the same thing is right in job search, whether you are your resume and don’t get a response from your employer, whether you are dealing with a recruiter who doesn’t submit your resume, whether you are in an interview, you think you’ve nailed it, or you’re back, or you know, you’ll get feedback, too late. Whatever it is, it’s very much like the date situation you open and you really care.

Overcome

Now, refuse. The first thing you do now is to remember, just like life in general, will refuse in the process. Not everyone likes you, right? I simply say that if you are in a situation where you know, you are suddenly rejected, you think you are doing well, and suddenly, you get a turn, the first thing to remember is to do a quick psychological review.

Have you received any signals during the interview? Are there any signals from the recruiter that you are not doing well or have some flaws? So, a mental scan was done because it would really be the beginning of your learning. Then, I suggest contacting the organization from there, probably recruiting people, which is ideal. You contact the recruiter and say, hey, look, you have decided not to submit me.

You have decided that I am not suitable for this job. Any feedback you can give me, I think it clear, I’m not arguing with you here. I want to know how you evaluate it.

I want to know what you are looking at and let you refuse. Then you can listen casually. You won’t be involved in the argument.

Listen. Then you learn from it. Because what it tells me is that if you are rejected and have practical experience, maybe it doesn’t really prove that you are not introducing your knowledge well around the topic.

And you do need to practice interviews because if you have the expertise legally, you can sell it better. So again, I put the responsibility on you to learn from it. Now, it may hurt to hear this.

But it’s actually part of your growth, it’s about understanding how other people receive the information you want to share. knew? Then from there, if you have to lick the wound, lick the wound. One thing you can do is connect with people.

Looking back at the people you love and supportive, they really care about you and say, you know, I’m hurting you today. I was denied a job I really wanted to find. The truth is, they won’t even submit me.

Or I was denied work today. I had four interviews and they chose others. Help and get support.

Let them buy you lunch. Let them take you with coffee. Let them listen and give you some words of support.

3 Effective Ways to Handle Rejections During Job Execution

The next thing I suggest is to put yourself in a situation where the review is successful. Because you have to go there and then you have to do it quickly. In a cave, in your home or in your apartment, you know, go, oh, misfortune, it’s me, that won’t help you play the next role.

You have to get there as soon as possible, lick the wound, get support, look for something that can cultivate you again. Then get there to start communicating, talk to more recruiters, connect with friends to seek advice from the organizations you should be in contact with, do everything you have been successfully accomplishing, and at the same time, you can improve your performance so that in some cases, while you can listen to your experience and tell the story more effectively. So this is today’s performance.
