Recent events – fitness guru

Share a review of what we’ve been up to lately.
Hi friends! Are you OK? I hope you’re having a great week so far! We’re back from Disney’s Seventh Cruise – which I’ll be sharing a recap of this week – and back to daily life. We’re back and it feels like summer – yesterday it was 91 degrees! Get ready for pool time and school break lol.
In today’s post I wanted to share some of my recent adventures and favorites! It’s been packed here for weeks.

Our friends the Cleggs were in town for steak, one of our favorite events of the year. Pilot is part of the organization that hosts the event, which is an epic party with great food, auctions, raffles, cocktails, dancing, and this year they have a full casino with proceeds supporting veterans and military families.
I was lucky enough to spend an entire morning with Betsy before the event:
We hiked Tumamok Mountain;

(It’s been a long time since I’ve done this and remember how much I loved it. The views were incredible)
Had coffee at Mercado,

Then head to La Encantada for a blowout at Drybar.
Our nanny met us at a nearby hotel and stayed with the girls and a close friend of P’s. They swam, had dinner, and watched movies while we attended activities.
Some interesting photos:

(The dress is here! Dillard’s is on sale)
More random pictures and things I want to tell you:
These are probably my favorite fries

Lola loves sitting in her doggie car seat

(Though she was pissed when she realized we were at the vet)
Disney Cruise Line’s Rio Rancho Suitcase:

Pilates with Liv:

She’s been enjoying class lately and it’s so fun to be in class with her. I was in so much pain last week!
Finally, this book brought me out of my slump. I asked ChatGPT what books it recommended based on what I said I really liked, and it narrowed it down to a few. I downloaded this book first and it was everything I love in a book: a comprehensive generational story rooted in history, beautifully written and with deep character development, an aspect that’s so engaging that you can’t wait to find out what happens. I read this book on a plane this week and devoured it. Looks like there’s a movie too! I’ll watch it when I catch up Bridgerton. 😉
This week I’m working on IHP Level 3, taking client calls since taking off last week, and providing some new resources to other health coaches.
I’d love to hear what you’ve been up to lately!
Any new snack favorites? Have you planned your vacation? Party with friends? Books you devoured? I’d love to hear how you’re doing.
