Health, Fitness, and Biohacking Holiday Gift Guide

Sharing some of my favorite gift ideas for fitness and health enthusiasts, biohackers, and “crunchy” friends (or even yourself!) this holiday season.
Hi friends! Are you OK? I hope you’re having a great week so far. It’s been a quick week ending with shopping and pie – we have this! !
It’s always busy here. Monday night was Liv’s confirmation day, so we celebrated with dinner and crazy milkshakes afterwards. The pilot is traveling, but I’m glad he’s here for Thanksgiving. What are your plans? We went to my uncle’s house as usual and then to Trevor and Danielle’s house for a while.
In today’s post, I want to share a roundup of my favorite health, fitness, and biohacking gifts! This is the perfect gift for your “crunchy” friends or even yourself. Let’s face it; the best sales of the year are happening this weekend, so it’s the perfect time to stock up on healthy essentials, especially if you have health-related goals heading into the new year.
It’s also worth mentioning here that a lot of the stuff on this list is nice/fun, but not required. The most important health tools are free, like sunlight, stress management, connection, exercise, and solid nutrition.

If you have your favorite healthy product to buy this year, feel free to link it in the comments below!

Home and Kitchen:
The Air Doctor. Clean air can make a huge difference, especially during this time of year when allergies and colds are rampant.
Non-toxic pots and pans. We love Caraway and OurPlace. Every Black Friday, I usually buy myself a new OurPlace pot or pan. Their air fryer is too cute!
water filter. Clearly Filtered is my favorite, and I also love our AquaTru under-sink filter.
Canopy shower filter. We immediately noticed a difference in our skin and hair. Water feels softer and has zero chlor-alkali smell

Hatch night light. It’s so peaceful to wake up to the soft light and chirping of birds instead of the blaring iPhone alarm.
Branch Basics. I’ve switched to Branch Basics for almost everything. I also love their dishwasher. Many “natural” dishwasher soaps have a plastic coating that leaves little streaks and residue on dishes. Branch Basics make them sparkle.
Boom Market or ButcherBox. Any box will be amazing. We buy almost all of our meat from ButcherBox as they have wild caught and organic options. This link will provide you with a free gift! We order most of our snacks and pantry essentials from Thrive Market. This link saves you 40%.
Coffee does not go moldy! Unfortunately, coffee is a frequently sprayed crop, so many traditional options contain pesticides, herbicides, and mold. This product is lab tested for purity and remineralized to taste delicious. I only drink decaf, and most decaf is terrible. This is really awesome.
A great weighted blanket. This would make a great gift. I sleep with this every night. It has EMF protection, is the perfect weight, and has a super silky, luxurious shell.
Healthy daily habits:
This red lantern hat! I love using it a few times a week and feel like it helps my hair stay thicker and healthier. Use FITNESSISTA15.
PEMF Go Mat. I use it every day for breathing and meditation, or when I need a little recharge while working at the computer. Use FITNESSISTA15.

Canopy Humidifier. I love the portable product that I can travel with and find that my skin and eyes feel better when I use it.
Walking mat. It’s the only way I get 10,000 steps most days! This Black Friday deal is under $100.
Rebounder. This is a great way to support your blood flow and lymphatic system, and can also improve your focus during a long work day. I’ll take a 5-minute break and listen to some music. BCM is selling this product.
Vibrating plate. I don’t think it’s a must-have, but they do feel great.
Tongue scraper. Perfect Christmas stocking stuffer!
Red light mask. I use it every morning when I’m doing chores or multitasking. It gives an amazing glow to my skin and I noticed a huge difference in the texture of my skin.
Portable red light panels (wait until Friday!). I use it every day for many reasons. For energy, focus, mood, inflammation, skin, pain, muscle soreness, fever and more.

My favorite non-toxic makeup and skin care products. I’m obsessed with the Olive Rose series (and so is Liv!)
Anti-blue light glasses. These are special because I am able to fit them into my prescription!
A skin! They use their own peptide, OS-01, which blocks senescent cells – they can speed up the aging process. I love their tinted moisturizer and body lotion.
Get organized! They make a lot of my favorite things, including Hydrogen Water Tablets, Green Juice, Red Juice, Harmony, and Pure. Check it out here!
Detox and Supplement:
The famous sauna blanket! This was a Black Friday gift to myself years ago and I still use it at least once a week for stress relief, sweaty skin, glowing skin, and amazing sleep. Use FITNESSISTA15.
Castor oil packs. This is the best one!
My favorite quarterly detox! I look forward to this every time and can’t wait for our community detox in January.
Parasite Cleanse 🙂 My favorite is right here.
Peptides! I will write an updated post but I have added these to my daily routine and they are awesome. (Note: I don’t recommend specific peptides, but this is where I buy mine. You decide what you want to do based on your goals, and the MD will prescribe them for you based on the intake chart and medical history.)
healthy:
Member of the Sculpture Association! I absolutely love these workouts. This link gives you free access to the app for a month.
Oura Ring. I bought myself a new one with my American Express credit card and love all the new data! It’s so cool, I can also sync it with a Stelo blood glucose monitor.
EMF shielding bag. These are the headphones I use at the gym and on walks so I can use wired headphones but it protects my body from the distractions of my phone.

Wired headphones 🙂
Barefoot sneakers. These are the best and they have lots of great fitness, lifestyle and hiking styles.
For you:
The most incredible health gift you can give yourself this season is a certification as an integrative health practitioner. It’s no exaggeration to say that this certification has absolutely changed my life, my career, and our family’s health. I have learned so much through my IHP certification (I have Level 1, Level 2, and am completing High Performance Fitness and Level 3) and have been able to share this knowledge with my family and clients.

Through functional lab testing, protocols, and lifestyle changes, I was able to heal myself (my lupus markers used to be positive; now they are negative). Dr. Cabral is an incredible teacher and the IHP community is friendly, welcoming, and supportive. We’re excited to have you join us!
They are having a huge Black Friday sale…a little birdie told me that starting this Friday, you can get $1500 off with code BF1500. So bookmark this page and get ready for Friday!
I may not be back until Friday, but I wish you the happiest Thanksgiving filled with family, delicious food, and wonderful memories. When I look at my gratitude list every morning, you are all on my list. I am so grateful to all of you and the fun little space that is the internet.
