Several things can help you prepare for an interview.
One thing you should do often
Yesterday I was reminded that one of my friends arranged my candidate interview with another search company and you can do something that I think is really helpful in the case of consciously preparing for the interview. What does his company do, I will soon offer something similar on the website.
So if you can’t see it there, the next time you log in, it will be there for the next few days, I can assure you. His job is to send people preparation forms. That’s what it does.
I will explain what his company has done. Then, I would like to suggest you add the work. Now, the second page of the document basically lets you talk about every position in your job. Now, I’m going to say that the last eight to ten years is the most critical moment when you can do that. So take a piece of paper or work on a tablet and write down the name of the company you work for and the position you hold. In a column, I want you to list your achievements and achievements when you work there.
On the other side of the column, list the policies, what you implement, the processes you develop, and how things are done. So what this is going to do is help trigger different stories you can prepare for in the interview. Now, ideally, if you do this kind of preparation and do a job description there, not only are you talking about every company you have worked in the past eight to ten years and what you have done there and how you do it, but you’ll be rowing and tied up with a third column and have something to do with what the company expects and what they expect so you can solve these problems to solve your answer.
Does this make sense? I think this is an excellent preparation technique. So, that way, you’re not just on the wing. You have something you can use formally and pre-consider to help you.
This works in the phone interview. This is someone interviewed in person. Now, his company likes to remind people of a few things. At that time, a person didn’t want to read too much of the interviewer’s tone. Because often, especially among HR people, HR people tend to back down and they don’t really try to give too much emotion. So by having this offer, poker faces, they try to act in a way that is reserved.
This doesn’t mean that trying sounds unfeasible. Also, take positive action. No previous employee is critical.
When you answer an answer or a question, I should say, smile. Even if they can’t see you, it will affect your tone. I’m just listening to a podcast by James Altucher with someone from body language experts.
He said if you want to sound authoritative, you don’t go into the bottom of the vocal range, but a few measures taken from the bottom. You can speak firmly there. An example of a guest use is that if you are on the beach and one of your children may be in danger, you may speak to them in a firm manner.
But this is not necessarily high-profile. It is still at the bottom of the range. And, you know, your voice may become more harsh as that child becomes more dangerous.
This is not the way to get attention in a positive way in our culture. It is best that you always speak at the bottom of the range of voice to direct authority and respect. So, think about it again, I won’t deal with the money here. I have a lot of videos doing this. But I just want to encourage you to take a few quick notes for myself after the interview.
Why do you want it? . . Why do you want this job? What is the appeal of this job and position to you? Are there any red flags? What are they? Write it down. What questions do you still need to answer? Do you want to continue the interview process for this position? Why? Now, one of these is useful, to start interviewing and interviewing more companies. Or, over time, your feelings, opinions, and ideas about the organization will tend to disappear.
As time goes by, we forget things, right? So here I want you to note some good service that I think I serve myself so that you are ready before and that you know how to follow up so that you can fix the problem.
