4 questions to ask yourself at the beginning of a job search

Today, let’s talk about the decision to change jobs again.

Many of you decide to change your job with anger. This is the last straw; it has been established for some time. You’ve been researching something and management really makes you feel upset. Maybe you’ve been fired and you’re doing a job that you don’t really care about

Regardless of the situation, it is really useful to take the time to figure out what went wrong before you directly explore the job search. What is the situation? Often, people are thinking of the next job with this romantic concept, they don’t really do a thorough investigation into the new environment, the way people look, the way they work… They have asked some basic questions, but they don’t really understand the depth of the new situation because they never really take the time to comment on older people.

It is important for you to review whether the old issue is a problem with your production or management. And, when it takes time to review, it also gives you the opportunity to ask yourself “Is this the worker really want to do it?”

You will see that many people have experienced the same work hamsters, looking for the perfect place to do a job they don’t like. But it was a job and they felt forced to do it. Take the time to ask yourself, “Is it them or work or me?”

Ultimately, unless you figure out that the problem is 1 of these three or some kind of hybrid, and you’ll do the same thing again and again, you’ll get the same result again and again.

So take the time to do what I call an autopsy. See how your past job looks like, or what your current job is like, and the kind of job you like to do, and you can do that. Otherwise, life is a way to show you it ends quickly and live a very unsatisfactory life than we like.
