Hi Hi! Are you OK? I hope you have had a great week. Today I got a coaching call – I’m working with some IHPs to build their business and so far everything has been great! ——Then pack your luggage and head to New York. Ready!

For today’s post, I want to talk about the pumpkin thing! This is my favorite season for holiday gourds.

(The skirt is from RTR Unlimited, I ended up buying it! Get a 40% discount when trying it on via this link. Perfect for fall trips and events!)

I love everything about pumpkin…that is, I love sugar, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg, haha. The pilot is not the biggest fan of Autumn Gourds, but thankfully we raised two little ladies who enjoyed all the fun seasonal flavors with me.

(Note that these are Trader Joe’s, they are so ridiculous. So good. I couldn’t even take pictures until P unpacked.)

In the fall, I want to share 10 gluten-free pumpkin recipes you can enjoy! Almost all of these are real favorites we’ve tried again and again, and there are some new discoveries on the list.
