Use the demo clicker with Captivate Classic SCORM files

I know this is a somewhat unusual request, but I thought it was worth asking…

I imported a slideshow into Captivate Classic in order to create a clickable “chapter menu” so people could jump to different parts of the training material. The SCORM file is then embedded into a web page (WordPress) so that people can access and render it directly from the web page.

Currently I have a click box overlaid on each slide to advance to the next slide, which is fine, but ideally I would like the presenter to be able to use a wireless clicker (like you use to control the slides) at which point someone needs to physically click on the slide with a mouse to advance it – is there a way to set it up to be able to advance the slide using a clicker?

I appreciate that, with the chapter menu, they need to actually click on the chapter to make the correct selection, but ideally it would be nice if they could use a pointer/clicker to navigate through all the slides in the chapter.

If anyone has any brilliant ideas, it would be great to hear from you.

Thanks in advance
