  1. Define your unique impact: Forget about generic job titles for now. What specific problem are you passionate about solving? What unique value do you bring that others may miss? Your brand is not about pretending to be a mold; It’s about owning the unique contribution you make. why is that you? “

  2. Cultivate your “purple cow” niche: In a world of brown cows, purple cows get attention. What specific combination of skills, experience, and passion make you truly stand out in your field? Don’t be afraid to specialize. Excellence in a focus area makes you memorable and sought after.

  3. Create and share your authentic narrative: Your LinkedIn profile, your posts, your comments—these are all chapters of your career story. Are they consistent? Do they reflect who you are and where you are going? Your brand is built on consistency and transparency. Be generous in sharing your insights, your learnings, and your perspectives.

  4. Practice conscious generosity: The most powerful brands are built on connections and contributions. How to add value to your network No Expect immediate returns? Share valuable content, offer help, make introductions. This isn’t just about networking; it’s building social capital and showing that your brand isn’t just committed to its own self-interest.

  5. Embrace iteration, not perfection: Your brand is not static. It evolves as you learn, grow, and adapt. Don’t let the fear of imperfection stop you from giving your best, sharing your ideas, and engaging with your community. Consistency builds momentum and deepens impact over time.
