Who are you following in the company? You should pay attention to your company. Here are some recommendations for no BS management
obstacle. will. adversity. Elasticity. determination
There is an interesting phenomenon happening to many businesses, which is a phenomenon that attracts the attention of your employees. Are the people who perform well or those who are human, we should say: “People with problems”.
I remembered this yesterday when I talked to the guy I coached. He runs a few companies, you know, it’s one of the tough things These eras are keeping employees. Tell me a story about a man he was hiring two weeks ago when he was going to find him. He was frustrated because he spent time and energy on people and they just disappeared. It was interesting to talk further with him about his staffing issues and found that most of the attention tended to focus on “problem people”,
I’ve been to his place a few times and got two great performers on them. He admits this. “Oh, you found two of me better people.” It’s not difficult to find. You just need to pay attention to them. I had to ask him, “How much attention do you give them? How do you help them feel good about their work? It’s like him, with you.
What usually happens is in the organization, we are trying to fix broken toys, and we are not successful enough for the organization. The result is that successful people feel exploited and taken for granted. They hear no compliments, no compliments, and end up feeling frustrated and leave because they work hard. Management takes them for granted.
Eventually, someone said, “You know, I have a place where I will treat you correctly.” They left.
Focus on many positive people and conduct ongoing interviews. Continuous interviews and recruitment show that you will lose people who perform poorly and the result will eventually replace those who lose or want to get rid of and try other groups.
Figure out what you want this person to do on the boat and how to evaluate it. Make it clear to them what you expect and watch them, especially in the beginning. If they can’t meet your expectations, they won’t get better. Everything to happen is that you will feel frustrated and they will feel like they are in na grou, which is a bad dynamic.
Hire people. Look at them. See if they can achieve your goals. Obviously, they won’t be with you for a year or two immediately, but are they trying to see care? Are they asking colleagues for advice and help? What do they do in your environment so you know they really care about work?
