Sculpture Society Review – Fitnessista

Share my thoughts on the carving society, if I suggest you exercise!
For today’s post, I’m so happy to share the latest reviews about one of my favorite workouts ever! I always advertised this guy, and since I’ve always loved trying new physical exercises and absolutely love dancing aerobics, I thought I would give it a spin about a year ago. The workout program was founded by Megan Roup (you can check out her Instagram here), and I’ll share the full comment below. Noted that this review is not sponsored; I signed up for a free 7-day trial and remained a paid happy member a year later. I tried a fitness app in my routine and when I find a winner I always pump. 🙂
You can use my recommended link for a 7-day trial and use it for free on the fitness app for one month!
Sculpture Society Comments
What is a sculpture society?
As I mentioned above, the Sculpture Society was created by celebrity coach Megan Roup, a fusion of dance aerobics, barre, Pilates and traditional powers. Megan worked as a professional dancer for the Brooklyn Nets and developed this workout in 2017. “I want to create a program that can help women achieve their goals and is still fun. My mission in the sculpting social exercise app is to empower women through exercise, stand in their bodies with confidence and strength, and feel the best self,” she said. (Source)
Engraving Association Apps and Websites
You can find over 400 courses on the Sculpt Society app and website. When you first log in to the TSS app, you will see a weekly course schedule, live video schedule where you can play live lessons, popular videos and programs you can follow. They are always adding new content.
These courses are also divided into segments: Gentle + Beginners’ class (for any location on your fitness journey), 30 minutes of sculpture, 30 minutes of dance aerobics (my personal favorite), 30 minutes of full body, 45-50 minutes of full body, sideways class, stretch + yoga. There is also a “Beginner” section that breaks down common exercises and provides modifications. I will focus on a few of my favorite carving social exercises below:
30 minutes of aerobic exercise
As mentioned above, this is my favorite. It’s a workout party and has a high energy dance. Combos are more sporty, on the simple side, easy to follow, but still fun. It’s hard when you teach mixed dance skills, and I think beginners of advanced dancers will love these combinations. The beauty of online dance exercises is that you can pause the video and practice the move until you get it and then recover. If you don’t consider yourself a “dancer!”, don’t be afraid. These courses include a lot of jumps, but you can absolutely modify them for low impact exercises.
For these classes, you can expect a brief warm-up, a sporty dance combo, a break for the arms and ABS segments, and then return to the combo to complete.
Quick exercise: arms, abs and body
A quick workout is 15-25 minutes, focusing on various muscle groups. These are nice extras for other strength or cardio and focus on more endurance endurance exercises (full range of movements, pulses and holds). These are also great exercises when you don’t have a lot of time but want to move your body.
Carving exercise
These TSS workouts are about 30 minutes and use light weight as well as optional resistor bands. You will feel this. These are also more Barre-based sport with many core stabilizations, side series, loot work and AB burners. I think this is a wise way to change traditional strength training, especially if you do more hypertrophy or circuit-based training (10-15 times, medium weight). This will challenge you in a completely different way, and I like the core stability of many of these exercises.
Carving society prenatal
Are you pregnant, ready to kick these pains of pregnancy to the curb and feel strong and energetic? Then you need to try out the Sculpture Society’s prenatal program! It’s just designed for you, and practice can increase strength, increase flexibility and reduce discomfort. The program includes low-impact aerobic exercise, strength training and exercise on the pelvic floor and ABS. With better posture, less back pain and more energy, you can prepare for labor and childbirth. This is a great choice to look forward to your mother.
Sculpture society postpartum
The Sculpture Association’s postpartum program provides new mothers with personalized exercise and expert guidance, all from the comfort of their own homes. With supportive community and focusing on physical and mental health, our program helps new moms achieve their fitness goals amid the chaos of maternity and childbirth. Sign up now and confirm your well-being!
What equipment do you need?
These exercises do not require a lot of equipment. I only did it a few times, but I only saw lightweight hands, mats, sliders, resistance band loops, Pilates balls and optional ankle weight.
Benefits and results
– You can do Megan’s workouts at home at home or while traveling, and use minimal equipment to do it. This makes it a great choice for busy schedules. I will turn on my laptop and do a great workout at home.
– I really like Megan and her training style, I love this exercise routine. The atmosphere of an over-the-top Chili virtual fitness coach doesn’t work for me, and I usually find myself enjoying what looks good, normal, human coaches (I really like Les Mills workouts! They motivate no artificial motivation.). I also found that when the lecturer talks normally, I work harder instead of loud and intense lol. Megan has a very cute vibe, and despite her taglines or performing a solo dance breakthrough (Hi Peloton), she is full of energy and gives great tips. (There are other trainers in the app, but I haven’t tried their courses yet.)
– As far as the results are concerned It definitely depends on how often you do these exercises and the development of other basic habits in your life (Sleep, stress management, nutrition, hydration, etc.). I feel it’s a solid mix of intensity, aerobics, mobility, core work and stretching – I just make sure that there are also several rest days a week, at least 1 day of heavy resistance training for fatigue. I found this to be a very fun and effective exercise.
