Today, I want to talk about some superfoods.

You know I’m all about practical, sustainable health – no extremes, no crazy restrictions. Just a simple way to support your body so that you can feel your best. Is this one of my favorite methods? Superfood.

They are not fantasy or mysterious. They are just nutritious whole foods, rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and healthy fats. Things like sweet potatoes, chia seeds, berries and leafy greens are certainly considered superfoods.

Adding them to your routines is not necessarily complicated either. In today’s post, I’ve shared some recipes you can try that are actually delicious, easy to prepare, and will help you feel energetic, nourished and satisfied.

What is superfood?

Superfoods are real, whole foods are naturally high in nutrients such as fiber, omega-3s, antioxidants, vitamins and phytonutrients. They help support your immune system, digestion, energy levels, and skin.

Some of my favorites? Kale, berries, chia seeds, cannabis seeds, sweet potatoes and goji berries. You will find some in the recipe below! They are easy to sprinkle in the meals you already make, so you don’t need to overhaul the entire routine.

5 Super Recipes

Simple, delicious, full of kindness

Superfood salad

This colorful salad contains fiber, antioxidants and healthy fats to keep you energized.

raw material:

2 cups chopped kale, ribs removed

½ cup mixed berries

2 tablespoons cannabis seeds

½ avocado, sliced

dressing:

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon honey

½ teaspoon mustard

Taste salt + pepper

instruct:

Add some olive oil to the kale and massage to soften. Then toss everything with the lemon condiment. So simple, so fresh.

Superfood smoothies

This is my go-to when I want something fast, filled and vibrant.

You need:

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon Goji berries, soak overnight or for several hours

1 cup almond milk

1 Banana

½ cup spinach

1 vanilla protein powder

instruct:

Dip the Chia seeds in almond milk for a few minutes and mix everything until smooth. sDrinking and enjoying!

Super food color

Crispy, sweet, rich, perfect for digestion – this is the ideal side dish for spring and summer meals.

raw material:

2 cups chopped red cabbage

1 cup chopped carrots

2 tablespoons cannabis seeds

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

Taste salt and pepper

Fresh herbs: coriander, mint and basil are lovely in this regard.

instruct:

Mix the vegetables and hemp seeds, stir the sauce separately, then throw them all together and let stand for a few minutes.

Superfood bread

A comfortable, nutritious choice for breakfast or snack time. Naturally gluten-free and full of fiber.
