Yesterday I was chatting with someone and he started laughing as I commented on the recruiter. They are not popular with many people. But if you are someone looking for a job, you can learn something from recruiters, in your network, in some of the things on follow-up, and I think that’s very useful for many of you.

This is the quality of recruiters in places where they pursue and challenge relentlessly, and sometimes they argue and advocate and never give up. Now, you might say, oh, they’re annoying. Well, they are completing the deal.

They found this to be a valid behavior. OK may not work for you. You know, very well, waiting for the phone call, never calling someone else, never sending emails.

If they are interested, they will call me. ruthless. I’m not saying call or email every 10 minutes every 30 minutes.

But you know how this works. Can’t see, mind. If you don’t go back to people, if you don’t try to reconnect with them, if you don’t network, and you’re in the network, try to keep a relationship with someone, then you’re not going to need to consume a lot of energy.

I don’t need to say, because you won’t get results. And you will have to do this kind of thing over and over again. And it doesn’t make sense because you’re not doing well.

Again, ruthlessness does not mean ridiculous. This does mean perseverance. Most of you are too passive about your life, career, and you are not really sure of everything.

In your organization, you are waiting for a promotion. Why don’t you do something to achieve it? Seriously, why don’t you do something to achieve it? Why don’t you follow your boss’s boss? Oh, that’s not a good thing. Why? Why not a good thing? Again, you have created such a restriction that this is the way it should be.

It doesn’t have to work that way. If you have value, if what you are doing is quality work, you will challenge the status quo in fact, rather than what your mother tells you. And, if the status quo doesn’t like it, you’ll go somewhere that likes it because no one is looking for you more than you.

If you abdicate to your employer, you are in a misfortune. And, if you wait for your phone to ring, you won’t be able to get anywhere. Therefore, the ruthless quality of hiring recruiters.
