himgymcon 2025 is coming soon! From June 27 to 28, Louisville, Kentucky will once again be the center of a family gymnasium – this year’s event is shaping bigger and better than ever.
As we get closer and closer, here’s a quick look at thing:
HimgyMcon has grown nearly 10 times since its first year
Himgymcon launched 29 exhibitors in 2023. In the third year, we look forward to 130 brands from 9 different countries – Including many well-known people in home fitness equipment, as well as innovative startups, you will be happy to meet.
From Elite Power Equipment to the latest creators in the field, HomegyMcon 2025 will feature the most diverse lineup to date – it will only start growing from here.
The VIP package almost disappeared
If you want to enter the exhibition hall early before the crowd (plus exclusive events after the hourly reward), VIP packages are the way to go. Walking on the floor with fewer people around is a completely different experience – you can access the device and have real conversations with the brand owner without having to hurry up.
There are only a few VIP kits left, so if you are interested, grab yours as soon as possible!
Competitor Prize Pool Continues to Grow
This year’s competition is bigger than ever – so are the prizes. At present, the prize pool has been valued $40,000we are still adding more. If you compete, be prepared to win some incredible equipment, gift cards and cash.
Get home equipment directly from the stall
This year, many exhibitors will sell certain equipment directly from their booths.
Some companies are offering Exclusive event discountcustom parts or display models to reduce their loads home – you can get some incredible deals along the way.
There is even a page on the Hevymcon website where you can preview and pre-order many items to sell in advance. If you are planning to build your own gym this summer, this could be a great time to save on large size and take home unique.
The exhibitor’s last call
If you are a company that is considering an exhibition, time will almost rise. The last day of guaranteeing booth selection and locking in your position is May 1. We have been working on extending the deadline as much as possible, but space is limited and the floor plan will be completed soon.
Last chance of hotel room discount
Most attendees stayed at the Galt House next to the event hall.
The discount rate through our room blocks is quickly over and once it disappears, normal pricing will apply.
This is the best way to stay connected with the community throughout the weekend – hosting parties, having fun time and hanging out with other family gym owners.
