adapt!
I’m Jeff Altman, a big hunter. I’m called “big game hunter” because I’ve been chasing leaders and employee organizations for over 40 years. I want to talk to you about one of those lost things I just can’t see on my resume.
Things that really help you stand out from the competition. Now, I want to make some tweaks to make it clear. Only if you post your resume on a work board, can you use this formula, when you respond to a work ad, you need to adjust it, or apply directly to the company based on the referral.
You will learn more when I go further. This is an adjustment I want you to consider. What makes you stand out? Answer What have you accomplished in every organization you work for? What is the meaning of what you did to positively influence the bottom line by cutting income? Nowadays, achievements are often missing ingredients.
company. . . People always talk about what they do and how to do that, and if they are in it, they talk about the technology adopted for it. Very good, this should be part of your answer to resume. But what have you done? What did you actually do? Now, for the work board resume, you want to release a universal version.
When you apply for a company directly or are referred to a job, all you want to do is tailor achievements to demonstrate how they fit what the company is looking for. Now, if that doesn’t blend, then, you may not be eligible for the job. Recognize this.
However, your generic resume may not be working enough. Therefore, always propose to adjust your resume to prove the right focus, because otherwise, the classic statement that the broken watch is correct twice a day. Sometimes you get interviews, but most of the time, you don’t.
