11.28 Friday Favorite-Fitness Guru

Hi friends! Happy Friday and I hope my American friends had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Spent a very nice week here. After a half day at school, I took the kids and some friends to the trampoline park so they could jump to their heart’s content and tackle holiday cooking (made this pie, this green bean casserole with homemade crispy onions, and picked up pumpkin bread, apple pie, and gluten-free gravy from Dedicated),

Took the kids to Target (for “browsing,” they said) and the pilot returned from a long trip. It was crazy late October into November: he left, I went to the Royal Horticultural Society, we high-fived, he left, when he came back, I went to LA, we high-fived again, he left, and now he’s back! Wow. It’s great to have him here for Thanksgiving!

We had our usual lunch/dinner at my uncle’s house with my dad’s family.

Afterwards, we went to Trevor and Danielle’s house for the evening to hang out with mom’s side of the family and meet Daisy! She is just the funniest, cutest little nut. I love her very much.
The day was filled with family time, delicious food, neighborhood walks, and just relaxing…I hope you had a great day too!
Now, it’s time for our weekly favorite Friday party. Here I’m sharing some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love hearing about your favorites too, so shout out your favorites in the comments section below.
11.28 Friday Favorites
Black Friday is heeeeeeere:
I look forward to the Black Friday sales all year long! This is when I go through my holiday shopping list and buy a few things we need for our house, or items that I have my eye on. This time of year, a lot of creators share their links, and I want to thank those who choose to shop through my links. It means the world to me, and your support helps me offset some of the costs of keeping the blog running, especially now that ad revenue from AI-powered search is seriously down.
Here are some of this year’s best finds:
Gift Guide Top Picks:
– Crazy Sale at Rio Rancho, aka my favorite place to shop! Use code SUPER20 for 50% off and an additional 20% off. I have two outfits and I’m so excited! (this and this)
– Walking mat. It’s the only way I get 10,000 steps most days! This Black Friday deal is under $100.
– Rebounder. This is a great way to support your blood flow and lymphatic system, and can also improve your focus during a long workday. I’ll take a 5-minute break and listen to some music. BFCM is selling this product.
– Anthro has 30% off! ! I’m obsessed with their holiday drinks, this dress (I need it), this sequin tee, the “Yes, Chef” dish towels, and this pack of my favorite clean fragrances.
– Old Navy: 50% off sitewide. I ordered new uniform pants for both kids, this jacket for Liv, and this jacket for myself. Their holiday outfits are so cute; that’s what we wore for our family photos this year. I bought Liv this dress and this skirt. I can’t even believe this dress is only $13 right now! ! ! It fits well and looks more expensive.
– Vivrele! ! Make one for yourself haha 🙂 You can rent designer handbags and luxury jewelry and then change them every month. I currently have the most gorgeous bag of Chanel caviar and am sad to be sending it back next week, but excited to pick up something new! The holidays are so fun. Use this link to get $300 off – The link is separate so you can save $100 a month for 3 months. I promise, you’ll love it.
-50% off gorgeous pajamas. I bought these for Liv; the fabric is a dream.
–Bombas 25% off! Everyone needs new socks haha. I particularly like their slipper socks and compression socks for long flights. Pilots use and love them too.
– J Crew 50% off. I love their sweaters for men, blazers for women (which are durable), and dresses for girls. This will be P’s Christmas dress.
– Hatch is affordable! It’s worth mentioning that I don’t pay for the subscription, but it still works very well.
– Ninja Cream Scoop on sale.
– Non-Toxic Air Fryer.
– Vacuum mopping is the only way I can keep my floors shiny and clean. (Also, I used some branching basics in the water, and even though you’re not supposed to do that, it still works great for now, haha)
– These gorgeous cubic zirconia earrings.
– Comfortable and clean makeup set.
– This stunning pendant.
– This travel set of holiday essentials.
– The perfect makeup case.
– Tony Box! This is what I have for Daisy.

– If you don’t have Lumebox yet, now’s your chance. This weekend they have a 50% off sale, which is the biggest discount they offer. I use it for a lot of things: headaches, muscle aches, energy, mood, skin, stomach aches, fevers, period cramps (rarely happens, but when I do, it helps a lot), a lot of things. It’s like the Swiss Army Knife of health tools. Get yours here!
– Air Doctor. Clean air can make a huge difference, especially during this time of year when allergies and colds are rampant. This is their best price all year.

– Canopy shower filter. We immediately noticed a difference in our skin and hair. The water feels softer and has zero chlorine smell. If you already have one, this is a great opportunity to purchase more for an additional bathroom, or to try one of their sink or tub filters.
– Mold-free coffee! I stock up during sales. Unfortunately, coffee is a frequently sprayed crop, so many traditional options contain pesticides, herbicides, and mold. This product is lab tested for purity and remineralized to taste delicious. I only drink decaf, and most decaf is terrible. This is really awesome.
– PEMF Go Mat. I use it every day for breathing and meditation, or when I need a little recharge while working at the computer. I have a hard time deciding which one I like better: the famous sauna blanket! or PEMF pad. If you can do both…I say go for it. 😉
– Red light mask. I use it every morning when I’m doing chores or multitasking. It gives my skin an amazing glow and I noticed a huge difference in my skin texture
– A skin! They have BFCM tiered savings; the more you spend, the more you save. They use their own peptide, OS-01, which blocks senescent cells – they can speed up the aging process. I love their tinted moisturizer and body lotion.
-My favorite quarterly detox! If you’re joining us in January, get your gear now. You can do it for 7 days, 14 days or 21 days.
– The most incredible health gift you can give yourself this season is a certification as an Integrative Health Practitioner. I mentioned this in my last post, but if you’re considering getting certified, it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. I’d love to chat with you and share more of my experiences. Here are their best prices this year: $1500 for Level 1 and Level 2 with the BF1500.

– organize! They make a lot of my favorite things, including Hydrogen Water Tablets, Green Juice, Red Juice, Harmony, and Pure. Check it out here!
If you’re shopping for someone specific, I’ve got lots of ideas (and more!) in this year’s gift guide. Many of these posts contain BFCM transactions:
