12.19 Friday Favorite-Fitness Guru

Hi friends! Happy Friday! Are you OK? What are you going to do this weekend?
We’ll be heading to the Arboretum next week to see the lights and head to the Princess; I can’t wait. It definitely makes me feel like the holidays are here. I’d love to hear what happened to you!
Now, it’s time for our weekly favorite Friday party. Here I’m sharing some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love hearing about your favorites too, so shout out your favorites in the comments section below.
12.19 Friday Favorites
Fashionable, beautiful and casual:
We had a lot of fun events last week. It was a friend’s birthday dinner, I had dinner at a friend’s house (she made a great salad and we just hung out and talked), and we had a holiday party for a charity organization that the pilot was a member of. This is our first year and everyone has been so welcoming and lovely.

(I had a huge clothing battle but ended up wearing this! We don’t have a Nordstrom in Tucson – sad face – but I can usually find good stuff at Dillard’s last minute)
we have our annual four christmas After the wrapping party, our Christmas tree was completely dry (this is the second year this has happened! Zero water usage during this time) and my holiday baking was almost done. We give cookie jars to our neighbors every year.

Read, watch, listen:
Just finished reading this audiobook and loved all the tips.
Movies, books and food from last year.
My mentor, Dr. Cabral, released his latest book, which he has been working on for eight years. It was everything I hoped for, but I had to stop myself from reading the entire book in one sitting. I’ll have a full review coming soon, but I highly recommend getting a copy for yourself.

I took my kids to see it Zootopia 2 We all love it! It’s just as good as the first one.
