Content Creation Tool: How Brooke Ashley Hall creates viral content using iPhone and drone

Brooke Ashley Hall has 1.3 million followers on Instagram, 14.9 million followers on Tiktok and 232,000 subscribers on YouTube, which might make you think she has a complete production team, but that’s not the case. Her husband, Marco Hall, helped make her job, and her son said he was part of her “conceived team.”

Hall joked at Vidcon 2025: “We have to put Gen A here.”

We sit down with the beauty and lifestyle creator of Meta Night and chat about everything she needs to get her job done. Spoiler Alert: She said the most important item she brought was “personality.” She edited Final Cut Pro on her computer and edited photos with Photoshop, but in terms of hardware, these are three of her most used projects.

DJI drone

Hall and her husband said she shot everything on iPhone and DJI drones.

“Based on your content, if you think about what kind of content, like aesthetic videos, I’ll use an iPhone, believe it or not.”

Sony ZV-1 camera

“I did Vlogging with the Sony ZV-1 (a camera for content creators and Vloggers), but not for more aesthetic videos.” She added that she shot a video on her iPhone, where she walked down the stairs in a robe – the video received 19.6 million views.

“Alix Earle Light”

As Mashable previously reported: “Tiktok creator Alix Earle first recommended this simple fixture camera light in a 2022 video, and has been an Amazon bestseller ever since.” Hall is also a fan of it.

“We’ve always had it, but it’s the clip that was edited in front of your phone,” Hall said, adding that she put one in her pocket. “It’s so good [Alix Earle] Make it so popular. ”
