For those who have done a few things and have some success, here is better than the #opentowork flag.
Write a review on LinkedIn
In the webinar, I facilitated one of the questions I’ve been asked about LinkedIn all the time was: “Should I prove myself willing to go to work? I don’t want to look desperate, but I can use help.” Let me start saying, you don’t seem to be desperate. You seem to need help. But I know you don’t want to encounter despair because it affects you and you worry about it. So I want to get out of your mind and give you a strategy, a strategy that can make an impact for you.
Try it: Write an article in the feed to talk about your success. Details about it: Who is the target audience, what you do, and many different things talk about your success. Here is the interesting part: Finally, you conclude, “If you know a team or organization that can use someone or organization that can use this,” and fill in the gap, “what will be the result.”
So if this is a community builder, talk about driving engagement and business outcomes. If it’s another field like software development, “there can be someone who can develop agile software in this way”, “Let’s talk.” So, let’s give you an example I’m on the screen now: “If you know a team that needs community builders to drive engagement and business outcomes, talk about it.”
What you do is avoid despair because what you are doing is spending most of your posts talking about success stories. You mark someone else at the end, so people see it. Suppose you have 10 people, you will mark all 10 people. If there are 10 people, repost them; you don’t mark them as reposting immediately, but say a day later. The idea is to get people involved in your work. Use the hashtags for the specific fields and work you do. but The goal here is not to have a green banner in your feed; instead, talk about the success you have achieved and what you have achieved from it.
